Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Vecturae Consultants Network (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Vecturae operates a directory and matching platform that connects independent consultants with client organizations seeking operational, logistics, and mobility expertise. Vecturae facilitates introductions and, where applicable, engagement management — it is not a party to the underlying services agreement between a consultant and a client unless expressly stated.

All users of the Services agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information in profiles, applications, and project briefs
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Use the directory and matching tools only for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with applicable laws, including export control and clearance-handling requirements
• Not circumvent the platform to avoid applicable fees on a matched engagement

Subscription fees for consultant and client accounts are described on our Pricing page and are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated at time of purchase. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

The Vecturae name, logo, VectorAI Gate, and platform design are the property of Vecturae Consultants, LLC. You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, portfolios, project briefs) and grant Vecturae a limited license to display it within the Services for the purpose of matching and discovery.

The Services are provided “as is.” Vecturae does not guarantee specific matching outcomes, consultant performance, or client suitability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vecturae’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms remain in effect while you use the Services. Either party may terminate a subscription per the terms on the Pricing page. Vecturae may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of clearance or credential information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St Louis, Missouri.
